ATTENTION : DELEGATES FROM MAINLAND CHINA

SUBJECT      :  VISA APPLICATION TO TAIWAN / REGISTRATION CANCELLATION

 

 

*ONLY THOSE WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE APPLICATION AND PAYMENT SHALL BE ISSUED THE INVITATION DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO PROCESS THEIR VISA TO TAIWAN.

 

*DEADLINE FOR APPLICATION FOR VISA LETTER FROM TAIWAN IS SEPTEMBER 1, 2010. This will give you enough time to process your visas in China.

Since we have given you longer period of time to process your visas, the normal cancellation schedule will apply:

 

Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to APSA Secretariat by fax or by email on or before October 9, 2010. APSA will not refund any payment if cancellation is done after October 9, 2010. For cancellation before October 9, 2010 the actual amount will be refunded (after the Asian Seed Congress) or keep in membership account but an administrative fee of US$ 50 will be charged. All bank charges will be borne by the payer.

 

*Once you have received the confirmation of registration and the required documents, visa application should immediately be processed. Lack of visa due to LATE APPLICATION will not be considered as valid reason for cancellation.

 

HOWEVER, those who registered and applied for their visa processing as early has been advised BUT STILL are NOT GRANTED VISA to travel to Taiwan, refund of their registration fees shall be processed by APSA with the following considerations:

 

1. The actual amount received by APSA from them will be refunded after the Asian Seed Congress. APSA will not charge an administrative fee.

2. The delegate should show proof/copy of visa application refusal from China’s side.

2.  APSA will ALSO CANCEL ALL TRAVEL DOCUMENTS issued to a delegate once they applied for cancellation of registration AND refund. Taiwan travel documents for visa processing CAN ONLY BE USED TO ATTEND ASIAN SEED CONGRESS.
